This is an exciting new family event. The entire 5th floor of the Convention Center becomes a chili lover’s paradise guaranteed to warm you up on a cold mid-winter day.

Sample from a delicious variety of chili recipes prepared by local and regional chefs showcased in the People's Choice competition. Watch and learn from world champions as they compete in the International Chili Society's Rhode Island State Cook-Off. Enjoy culinary demonstrations by renowned chefs.

You can participate in the red hot chili pepper contest or sip a beer in front of the large TV screens in the tailgate lounge. There is a childrens entertainment area, a shop for chili themed apparel, spice treats, condiments and other foods.
