-He came to visit the location a month before the party in order to better understand my needs
-The week of the event, he confirmed the equipment & song list with me over phone and email
-The day of, he came early to set up and meet with me one final time
-The night of the event, he coordinated with the light people and I to make sure that the transition from cocktail hour to speeches/awards to dancing was as smooth as possible
All of the guests had a wonderful time and were so entertained! There was so much energy on the dance floor because Rick knew all the right songs to play. His professionalism and personality make him a joy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any corporate event.

Your flexibility and ability to produce a fun event that looked GREAT and stayed within our Casino Royale theme is greatly appreciated! Everyone complimented us on the room set up, décor and lighting (loved the lighting as it really added the perfect touch to create the feel of our “back room casino”) and your choice of music when guests were arriving was perfect!
